As Waimarie Station is a working farm, we unfortunately cannot have dogs or any other animals during your stay.

It’s up to you! The Cabin is designed to accommodate 2 people with one queen bed, but there is a fold out queen sized bed in the kitchen/living area which children could sleep on, at no additional cost. We can also supply a portacot which can be set up in the bedroom space, for a small additional cost.

Please touch base with us prior to your arrival if you do choose to bring children so that we can ensure extra bedding is supplied.

Yes you can. The Cabin is located on our working farm, and we highly recommend a 4WD or all-wheel-drive vehicle as the access is via well maintained farm tracks, not sealed roads.

Yes! We love guests getting out and about on the farm. But you must stick to the designated routes, supplied on arrival, as we are a working farm with live animals.

Check in is anytime after 2pm and check out is anytime before 11am.
You can check in later than 2pm however we recommend coming as early as possible to make the most of your stay.
The property must be completely vacated by check-out time. Failure to comply will incur a surcharge.

Late Check Out
If there are no bookings the following day, you can extend your stay and take full advantage of the peaceful surroundings for a little longer, for an additional fee.
Enquire about availability, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request for a leisurely check-out.

While The Cabin is self-catering, we do provide the following:

• Nespresso coffee pods

• Oil, salt and pepper

• Variety of tea and hot chocolate

• Marshmallows for toasting over the fire pit

• Butter and milk
  
  We do have some catering options, however these are an additional extra that can be added during your booking or at least five days in advance of your stay.
  

Yes! The Cabin is off the grid solar powered. There is power in both the seperate pods, including power sockets.

We offer a full refund if your booking is cancelled two weeks or more prior to your booking. Cancellations with less than two weeks notice will be 50% refunded. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will not be refunded.
