the cabin

The Cabin is a luxury solar-powered retreat designed for couples with two distinct spaces—one an open living and kitchen area and the other is a bedroom with a fully fitted ensuite including a floor to ceiling mirrored window.
These indoor spaces are joined by an outdoor, all-weather entertaining area and a large deck with a two-person outdoor bath, where you can soak while taking in sweeping views of the night sky and the native bush below.

The views from The Cabin are unparalleled, stunning at both dawn and dusk. Though the drive through the farm to its location is mere minutes, you’ll feel a world away when you arrive and settle into the bean bags, ready to enjoy a relaxing, luxury experience.

FOOD

The Cabin is self-catering, so please bring your own food and drinks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cutlery, crockery, pots, and pans you'll need for cooking.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we've included some complimentary items:

  • Butter and milk

  • Nespresso coffee pods

  • Oil, salt, and pepper

  • Marshmallows for toasting on the fire pit

If you feel like dining out, Geraldine is only a 10 minute drive away and has plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. 

TO NOTE

The Cabin is located on our working farm, and we recommend a 4WD or all-wheel-drive vehicle as the access is via well-maintained farm tracks, not sealed roads.

LOCATION

While many guests simply choose to enjoy The Cabin and explore the walking trails around the farm, there are a number of great tourism attractions within an hour or two’s drive.
Peel Forest Park Reserve offers plenty of hiking trails, while within a 1.5hr drive you can be on the snow slopes of either Mt Hutt to the north or Mt Dobson to the south.
